00:10Based on Tagas' latest weather forecast, Batanes will have cloudy skies with rains.

00:16Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms will fall on central Luzon,

00:22Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

00:28Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy

00:33skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
