00:06When will the removal of the label, sir, on rice be implemented and how will it help to get rid of those who repeat it?

00:14She's right because when Secretary Kiko Tsu-Laurel and Secretary Roque of DTI in the Guadalupe market last passed judgment,

00:23one of the things that we noticed is that there are rice that should be priced at P50 level,

00:30but we saw that it was P60 because of the labeling of premium and special.

00:35And that's what our secretariat emphasized, to remove these labels.

00:40There was a first hearing yesterday and now there is an ongoing consultation with some industry stakeholders on rice.

00:50In the coming days, there will be an announcement of our action on the removal of premium and special labels

00:59and we will see which one is better for the welfare of our countrymen.
