00:19of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority

00:21in different provinces in Mimaropa continues.

00:23According to one of its officials,

00:25in the case of Kapian in Bagong Pilipinas, Kamakailan.

00:29TESDA Mimaropa Assistant Regional Director Benher Banikid

00:33shared that their Special Training for Employment Program

00:35is giving free training to young people

00:40and starting a business according to the scholarship program he obtained.

00:44Banikid said that a competency course

00:47like Automotive Engine Repair and Under Chassis Service

00:51is taught to them and after they graduate from the course

00:56they will be given a starter kit.

00:58It will be used for the start of the search for life

01:01which is also part of TESDA's program

01:03towards the next step, the Entrepreneurship Program.

01:07According to Banikid,

01:09those who can get free courses in TESDA should be Filipinos

01:13who have finished high school or are 18 years old and above.

01:17This also includes those who have PWDs,

01:20women and indigenous people.

01:24TESDA's responsibilities in Mimaropa are open to everyone

01:27to help every citizen find a way to live for their family.
