02:23And I cried my eyes out, honestly.
02:27Last night, everybody was happy.
02:29The streets were beautiful.
02:30Everybody was having a good time.
02:32So we had thought about coming out after New Year's.
02:36And this is the area we were going to come to, is Bourbon.
02:39Because that's where all the music is and the fun.
02:42We just decided to stay low-key and stay at our hotel.
02:46So yeah, a block away, the decision probably
02:51saved our life.
02:53And me, my 11-year-old, my 15-year-old, and my wife, we
02:58went and did Bourbon.
03:00And saw Rung in the New Year.
03:01They came back about 1.30.
03:04I decided to go out, because we were here, and went around
03:08and walked back in this door a little bit after 3.
03:12So evidently, within moments after I walked back in this
03:16door, all that went on.
03:18Without a doubt, it was a simple decision of, did I get
03:22the hot dog at the street vendor, or did I not?
03:25And I did not, and so I walked in here.
03:27Otherwise, I'm standing right there.
