Shamsud Din Jabbar, identified as the suspect in the New Year's Day attack in New Orleans, killed 10 people and injured dozens. He drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street, armed with an assault rifle and wearing body armor. The FBI is investigating the incident as an act of terrorism, with links to ISIS suggested after a flag was found on his vehicle.
