At least 10 killed after truck drove into New Orleans crowd

00:00An individual drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans,

00:05killing at least 10 individuals and injuring dozens more. After hitting the crowd,

00:11he exited the vehicle and fired upon local law enforcement. Law enforcement returned fire and

00:17the subject was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two law enforcement officers were injured and

00:23transported to local hospitals. The subject has been identified as 42-year-old Samsud Dim Jabbar,

00:32a U.S.-born citizen from Texas. He was driving a Ford pickup truck which appears to be unrented

00:38and we are working to confirm how the subject came in possession of this vehicle. An ISIS flag

00:44was located on the trailer hitch of the vehicle and the FBI is working to determine the subject's

00:49potential associations and affiliations with terrorist organizations.
