00:08At 7 in the morning, there was a nationwide flag-raising

00:12and wreath-laying ceremony at Rizal Park in Manila,

00:15which will also be held at Rizal Shrine in Calamba, Laguna, and Dapitan City.

00:23Another event will be held at 8 in the morning

00:27under the auspices of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines in Ermita, Manila.

00:32At 6 in the morning, there will be an exhibit

00:35of Haggut Rizal at Jose Rizal Museum in Fort Bonifacio Intramuros, Manila.

00:41The sculpture of Rizal's house, Josephine Bracken,

00:45will be opened to the public at the National Museum of Fine Arts today.
