00:15has anchored at a distance of 9 nautical miles from the Kakinada Anchorage port.
00:19The West African coast has signed a 28-year agreement to provide 52,200 tonnes of rice to Benin's Kotonaw port.
00:27When the 32,415 tonnes of rice were loaded into the ship,
00:31the Collector's Office confirmed that there was 1320 tonnes of rice in the ship.
00:36The ship was then ordered to be seized.
00:40Now, to reduce the environmental impact, rice has been loaded from the ship on Friday.
00:46The rice has been loaded with a crane to the Port Customs, Power Surfers and Revenue Officers.
00:53Once the rice is fully unloaded, it will be ready for the 19,785 tonnes of rice.
01:00After this process is completed, the Stella ship is expected to leave for Kotonaw on 3-4 January.
01:07For the ship to leave, the Port Authority will have to provide clearance with the Government's permission.
