00:15Rhea Calipay thanked the government because she is one of the beneficiaries

00:20who will celebrate Christmas this year in the house given by the government through the National Housing Authority or NHA.

00:28The housing unit was turned over to Rhea on August 18 as one of the beneficiaries affected by the Typhoon Yolanda in 2013.

00:40The NHA started turning over the housing units in August this year.

00:47We are happy because we are one of the beneficiaries of the NHA.

00:54We are lucky because many people wanted to turn over the housing units.

01:03I would like to thank the government for giving us the opportunity to turn over the housing units.

01:14We are lucky because we are one of the beneficiaries.

01:19We would not have been able to turn over the housing units if we did not receive the opportunity.

01:26The NHA is the government agency that is authorized to provide low-cost housing programs for the victims of the typhoon.
