00:00The Armed Forces of the Philippines continues the operation against the members of the Communist Terrorist Group.

00:07This is a continuation of their efforts where only one weekend guerrilla front is left from our seven

00:16in the beginning of 2024.

00:19It is also in accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:23to end the problem of insurgency until the end of the year.

00:29The alert of the Armed Forces of the Philippines continues to be high

00:33since today is the 56th anniversary of the CPP-NPA.

00:40So we have more and more provinces who have been declaring that they are insurgency-free.

00:45But of course, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, we will not let our guards down.

00:49So we are still there, we will not leave them

00:52so that we can attain what we call just and lasting peace.

00:56And we can transition this to law enforcement.
