Longtail Cast on in Ribbing

This is a variation of the longtail cast on. Really, for 2x2 ribbing, you cast on two like normal and then you go to the back thread first and do it exactly the same... but opposite. It makes the cast on edge blend into the ribbing really well. This was learned from The Knitting Glossary.
