00:23We are here to guide them and then help them during their lost time, for their journey
00:28and everything. It is not that hard, but it's fun. It's a fun job.

01:10When we give a briefing or a roll call in the morning, we will tell them not to be down.
01:18Yesterday and today, we will tell them to be motivated about their work.
01:28We are all working to get money, but staying at home, we have no money.

01:34So, it will be challenging not spending time with your family and then working.
01:38Every day. Taxi drivers must be working every day. No rest.

01:49These unsung heroes provide services to city folks and tourists alike, who flock to the
01:54Malaysian capital for the vibrant cityscapes and great food.
01:58Malaysia has seen a surge in tourist arrivals this year, with the highest number coming
02:03from Singapore, followed by Indonesia and China.
02:07As of September, the country recorded more than 16.5 million foreign tourist arrivals
02:13and 193.3 million domestic tourists.
