Bringing Bergen’s Kjøttbasaren to life through 40 hours of gingerbread craft

Kristine loves to build gingerbread houses! Every year, she picks a building and recreates it in gingerbread.

This year, she chose a cool old building in Norway called 'kjøttbasaren.'

It took her a long time to make—about 40 hours! She also used a lot of gingerbread dough, about 4 kilograms!

Though the process was challenging, Kristine's passion and dedication never wavered.

She poured her heart into every step, determined to honor the building's character through her gingerbread creation.
