00:00First of all, can you give us an idea about the Saudi lady who initially flagged the suspect?

00:08Yes, so Talib Abdel Mohsen basically had posted something on X.

00:14He had repeatedly beforehand accused German authorities of not fighting religious extremism in the proper way

00:21and basically announced that he would have to do something big.

00:24So he asked the rhetorical question,

00:27will anyone blame me if I, quote, killed 20 random Germans?

00:33So said Saudi lady thought that that was definitely something that deserved attention.

00:38So she referred his case to the website of the Office for Migration and Refugees,

00:43who have an account on X, and they turned it down.

00:46They said, well, we are not in charge.

00:48This is a law enforcement matter, so you can refer it to the Berlin police.

00:53She got in contact with them, according to her statement,

00:56and they apparently reacted coldly, if I may quote her, and said,

01:00we are not in charge either.

01:02You will have to refer to the police in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, where he was residing.

01:07So she basically reported the whole thing to the Berlin police, once again, through a link on X,

01:13and that she was given on their official website, if I'm not mistaken,

01:19and apparently so to no avail.
