Customs officials at Delhi airport intercepted a passenger from Uttar Pradesh who was attempting to smuggle gold worth approximately ₹34.67 lakh concealed within a tea-making flask machine. The operation revealed 467 grams of gold disguised as silver-coated items. The passenger had arrived from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and further investigations are ongoing to determine the full extent of the smuggling attempt
