00:22Martínez Motola, who was residing in the embassy of the Republic of Argentina in Venezuela

00:26with a group of members of the extremist organization Vente, Venezuela, who are the fugitives,

00:31voluntarily presented himself at the main office of the Public Prosecutor's Office

00:35in Caracas.

00:36The aforementioned citizen was brought to justice and made a statement at the Prosecutor's

00:42Office regarding the serious violent, conspiratorial and destabilizing acts that have been organized

00:48from their aforementioned diplomatic headquarters during the last month after the presidential

00:54elections of July 28.

00:56It is important to highlight that Martínez Motola decided to actively collaborate with

01:01the Venezuelan justice system within the framework of the process provided for in Article 39

01:07of the Constitution of the Republic.
