00:00You and I. That is inspiration. And them and everybody. You know that is what, it is very
00:13psychological thriller, this film. And it is global also. It is very personal as well
00:19as global.
00:20There was, there was no inspiration. When it comes to Upi sir, he himself is the best
00:32director out there. So just getting to work with him and watching him work inspired me
00:37a lot. You can put it that way. I think whatever he creates, everyone loves his work. The films
00:46that he has given to the industry is going to be evergreen. So just getting to work with
00:52sir was a huge deal for me. And I am so happy to be a part of UI. And UI is one kind of
00:58a movie where people will have to do a lot of thinking and a lot of self-reflection.
01:04So I am excited for that.
01:11Because I am an actor also, I keep doing movies with other directors. In between, if I get
01:17an idea, if I think, if it excites me, then I work on that. Then I made myself free. Then
01:24I started this movie because of that actually.
01:32Credit should go to my producer. My producer is Manohar Naidu. He is a very big legacy
01:37of Lahiri music. And they are in this business from past 50-60 years. And luckily I got such
01:45producer K.P. Shrikant, another big producer. Both of them joined together to make this.
01:51And they made it very big actually.
01:59It is like a dream come true for me. I don't know, I got a chance to meet him and I showed
02:05this Warner, the teaser. And I never expected he called me and suddenly he snatched his
02:12own phone and started making this video. And he insisted me that you do this promotion.
02:19You have very limited days, you start this promotion. He only encouraged me. I am really
02:25touched. I am speechless. Thank you, sir. Thank you again and again. I want to tell.
02:29No, it is not like that, sir. I never think like that actually. Because in North, in Hindi,
02:40so many great films they have made. Still they are making all big films. We are all
02:46inspired from those movies actually.
02:53Small, small that keeps happening actually. That is not a big thing actually.
03:00I think his direction itself makes the artist perform the way they should. Because he crafts
03:07each and every character in the film so well. And it holds their own weightage to the film.
03:13So his thinking, his vision of the character leads in a way that it is so beautifully promoted,
03:21it is so beautifully crafted.
03:24No, sir. I don't think like that actually. It is like one movie I made, luckily I am
03:33here. That also I don't know. That too because of my producers and they are encouraging it
03:41actually. We have to release in other languages also. Now we are releasing this film in five
03:46languages. It is all up to audience actually, how much they support me.
03:54No, I believe they already had their own recognition worldwide. Because the South Indian
04:02actresses are so, they have given such amazing films, be it Keerthi Suresh with Mahanatti.
04:09They have given such amazing films that it has reached a wider audience otherwise. I
04:16don't think now they are making a recognition. I feel they have already made their mark in
04:22every way possible.
04:29As I mentioned, I think the reach is higher now because when we release a certain film
04:36in all languages, the film is connected better in their local language. So anything that
04:42comes in our local language, we get connected more. So it is good that we have a wider exposure
04:49to a lot of audience.
04:53No, I always think like that. I always try different things. Even my films also, whatever
05:00earlier I have made films, I don't want to follow that. I want to explore different genres.
05:06That is what I keep trying. I will try more actually in the future also.
