00:07football team and what it was like the one thing you could pinpoint was the defense and who they

00:12were and now the questions are on both sides of the football now that it's just we can't you cannot

00:19make this up i will remember this year for the rest of my life just thinking about what could

00:24have been and what the promise was at the beginning of season to where we are now and

00:29i'm hoping that the growth is is once the season's over they find the right person who is going to be

00:36the right person to lead this football team and also to to help the quarterback that has struggled

00:41in his rookie year and who has had his ups and downs can he build from this as well i feel like

00:47he's i feel like he's built for it i i over time i guess we'll see but i i think he's built for the

00:55the struggles and to go through these struggles to use them as stepping stones to to something

01:00greater like he he's got that in him you don't you don't at the next level i mean at the level

01:05below you don't win a heisman trophy if you ain't got something it might not always translate to the

01:10nfl but he's got something and so i want to see more of of what makes him comfortable and to me

01:18it's about building this thing on the inside out and that's what they that's what they haven't done

01:23and so that needed to be started three years ago we're behind you guys we're behind you need to

01:30build both sides of the off the offense and defensive line need to start to be built three

01:34years ago we're behind schedule now that's what scares me the most
