00:05that will help farmers and farmers who are quick to respond to disasters.
00:09One of them is the construction of the Ilocos Norte-Ilocos Sur Abra Irrigation Project.
00:15It will irrigate 14,000 hectares of farmland
00:19that will be used by almost 32,000 families.
00:23The project, worth more than Php 37 billion,
00:27will start next year and is expected to be completed by 2030.
00:33The Php 25 billion ABC or Accelerated Bridge Construction Project
00:37will also be launched next year.
00:40Seven bridges and viaducts will be built in the priority areas
00:45and a 22-response bridge will also be built
00:48that will serve as an alternative route in times of emergency or calamity.
