00:17Angelique, the House Squad Committee decided that their discussions on the issue of illegal POGOs, illegal drugs and extrajudicial killings

00:27and extrajudicial killings next year will continue in the name of truth and justice.

00:37Our work is far from over.

00:39The Quad Committee's progress thus far is a testament to what we can achieve

00:44when we confront corruption and criminality with courage and resolve.

00:49The House Squad Committee's lead chair, Robert Ace Barbers,

00:53insisted that their discussions on the issue of illegal POGOs, illegal drugs and extrajudicial killings will continue next year.

01:03Yesterday, the Quad Committee issued a progress report in the Plenary of the House

01:08containing their initial findings, proposed legislations and recommendations.

01:13Under this, the Joint Panel of the Claims of Crimes Against Humanity,

01:18former President Rodrigo Duterte, Senator Ronald de la Rosa, Senator Bongo and other personalities

01:25included the first extrajudicial killings in the war on drugs during the administration.

01:43We will build a system that incentivize the killing of suspected drug personalities.

01:49A system modeled after the so-called Davao template and replicated nationwide.

01:56The camera will now pass the report to the concerned government agencies for the investigation of the case.

02:02Barbers said that they will continue to focus on the issue of truth and justice.

02:08In a statement by Senator Goh, he insisted that he will appeal to the court

02:12if he will ever be able to settle the case.

02:20De la Rosa again insisted that this is just a joke to them.

02:24Davao City First District Representative Paulo Duterte also reiterated

02:29that it is recommended that others also investigate the issue of illegal drugs.
