00:04led the first turnover of houses under the 4PH program for OFWs.

00:09The ceremony was held in Malacanang as a part of the Christmas gift for OFWs.

00:155 OFWs received a symbolic susi from their units in the Palayan City Township Project.

00:21DISUD, Department of Migrant Workers, and Pag-ibig Fund are included.

00:25According to DISUD, this is the start of more houses for OFWs and their families.

00:31Four housing units were also raffled to more than 500 OFWs and their dependents.

00:36This turnover is the first since the launch of the 4PH program in 2022

00:42that will give far-reaching houses.
