David Morrell - Is a Cuban professional boxer competing in the Light-Heavyweight division. He has held the World Boxing Association (Regular version) light-heavyweight title since 2024 and previously the WBA (Regular version) super-middleweight title from 2021 to 2024. As an amateur, he won gold medals at the 2016 Youth World Championships and the 2017 Cuban National Championships. Morrell is a skilled Southpaw who is known for his excellent power, speed and boxing IQ. He first won his interim WBA Super-Middleweight title after defeating Lennox Allen and won his WBA Light-Heavyweight title when he defeated Radivoje Kalajdzic. His current professional record stands at 11-0 (9 KO's) and he is fighting David Benavidez in 2025.
