00:44Mayor Roque was arrested, along with his counsel, John John Rojas, and an employee of the municipality of Pandi
00:51because of a warrant of arrest issued by Caloocan RTC because of a rape case.

01:17The complainant filed a complaint of rape in 2019.
01:22According to the complainant, Roque was invited to his house for a drink.
01:28When he felt drunk, he ran away while being followed by three other suspects.
01:35Our three suspects were accused of two counts of rape.
01:39There was a probable cause, so Judge Maria Ruena Villalago Alejandro issued a warrant of arrest.
01:48Mayor Roque is currently in jail at the NPD Custodial Facility.
