PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) meraih fasilitas pinjaman dengan total nilai USD125 juta dari PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA).   Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, perseroan telah menandatangani perjanjian pemberian fasilitas perbankan dengan Bank Mega selaku pemberi pinjaman.

00:35The management of Bayan Resources explained to Bursa Efek Indonesia that

00:40they have signed a loan agreement to provide banking facilities on December 13, 2024.

00:47The banking facilities are provided in the form of credit demand loan and sublimit

00:52for Bank Guarantee and Standby Letter of Credit with a value of more than US$100 million

00:58and BGS-BLC facilities worth US$25 million.

01:04The lending facilities have a time period of 36 months since the signing of the facility agreement.

01:11The lending facilities are used to finance operating capital and operational activities

01:16for investors and business children.

01:20The facilities are guaranteed by the company guarantee provided by PT Bara Tabang,

01:24a business child of Bayan Resources.

01:28On the other hand, Bayan has set a time period of US$376.76 million

01:36or about US$6.09 trillion on January 1, 2024.

01:41The realization shows a drop of 48% annually compared to the same period in 2023

01:47of US$725.85 million or about US$11.72 trillion.
