00:10This is the first of the priority legislation of the administration,
00:15House Bill No. 10755,
00:18which will allow the long-term development of land
00:23to foreign investors in the country for 99 years
00:26from the current 75 years.
00:29House Speaker Martin Romualdez hopes that
00:32if the bill is passed,
00:33it will attract more investors in the country
00:37who will contribute more jobs and opportunities
00:41for our countrymen.
00:43Aside from that, the Chamber has also passed
00:45the bill that will push for the 2026 election
00:49in the Moro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao or BARMM
00:53and the Philippine Environmental Assessment System Act.
