00:16ang pagpasa sa panukalang magpapalakas sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure.

00:23Sa ngayon, nakatoon lang daw ang kanilang pansin sa proposed 2026 national budget

00:27pero hindi naman nila isinasantabi ang Independent Commission Against Infrastructure Corruption o ICAIC bill.

00:35Kasi naman, nasa kalagitnaan tayo ng national appropriations considerations.

00:41But siyempre, anything that's going to help solve the problem of corruption and restore the fate of our people is a priority of Speaker Bojede.

00:51Sa ginanap na Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council o LEDAC meeting sa Malacanang,

00:57isa ang ICAIC bill ng Kamara o panukalang Independent People's Commission Act ng Senado

01:03sa mga pinabibigyang prioridad ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

01:07The President directed Congress to prioritize the following proposed legislative measures

01:13Anti-Dynasty Bill

01:15Independent People's Commission Act

01:18Partly System Reform Act

01:21Citizens Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability or CADENA Act

01:27to institutionalize transparency and accountability on public finance.

01:32Sabi ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, mainam na magkaroon ng malawakang konsultasyon ukol sa mga panukalang ito

01:39para matiyak na ang pinakamainam na bersyon ang maipapasa ng Kongreso.

01:44Ang ilang Kongresista, iba't iba naman ang pananaw rito.

02:23So, December 9, yan ang approval on third reading ng Senate.
