00:05in Moscow that has killed a senior Russian general and his aide. That

00:10Russian general is the chief of Russia's radiation, chemical and biological

00:14protection troops, Lieutenant General Igor Krylov alongside his aide there.

00:21It's reported by the TASS news agency, that is the Russian state news agency,

00:26that the blast was caused by an explosive device that had been planted in an

00:30electric scooter. That's according to a spokesperson for the Russian
