00:00The budget hearings and deliberations, especially after the BICAM's work, can be reasoned to feel

00:05overjoyed or an outright ordeal. And for former Senator Sonny Angara, who now leads the education

00:11department, he feels sad and badly over the budget cut his computerization program had to sustain,

00:17and notwithstanding, Senator Grace Poe's hollow words of assurance.

00:21Still, Senator Miguel Zubiri had a suggestion that involves the president

00:25taking control and expressing his wish to restore the DepEd slashed amount.

00:30Then again, PhilHealth also had its proponents speaking in behalf and in defense of its proposition.

00:38He can say that the president has not yet signed it, so before he receives it,

00:44the president can say that the president can always address Congress, the congressional leaders,

00:50both the Senate president and the speaker, that I want a few things further amended in your BICAM.
