00:29Meanwhile, the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board
00:34also opened the application for the special permit of public utility vehicles or PUVs
00:40that are effective from December 20, 2024 until January 4, 2025.
00:46The first to be given a special permit are the 5,000 new units of TNVS and public utility buses.
