00:00My name is Louise, I am the Under 12s Team Manager and I'm also Risker RFC's Club Secretary.

00:15I've come all the way through since Under 7s, so has Dave, Dave's been with us since

00:19Under 7s.

00:20Dave actually turns up for training as a coach twice a week, he then referees us on a Sunday

00:26morning and then leaves our game to rush off to his daughter's game to referee that

00:31then in the afternoon and that could be anywhere from say we're playing in Risker and his

00:35daughter could be as far as Cardiff.

00:37I nominated Dave mainly for his commitment, like no matter what, like this evening his

00:42boy is in the air, his boy's at a birthday party but Dave is still here.

00:45So Dave turns up twice a week for training, he turns up every Sunday without fail, he

00:51organises all our videos and presentations so everything is all prepared ready for us

00:55when we come up and turn up to presentation and he's just a massive asset to the club,

00:59he never says no.

01:01Even though he's doing refereeing for us, he's been asked to ref a few of our youth

01:06games which he's done, the vets with the touch rugby, he's been involved in that and refed

01:10that so he's not just involved with mini and juniors, he's quite happy to ref any age group.

01:16I think with Dave we're all very close, we've gone on rugby tour every year together, that's

01:22when the family then comes together because we spend a lot of time on the weekends, like

01:26the socialising, the days on the beach together, we're just all one big family.
