00:00that they're going to spend $20 million on NIL and that puts them at least in terms of this

00:05year's standards near the top of college football with schools named Texas and Ohio State. So I

00:11believe, am I wrong, that Bill Belichick should be in the college football playoff next year at this

00:16time? That might be a little quick for that turnaround, you know, because you're still

00:21talking about, well come on Andy, you've still got like, even if he sends, even if he pulls a

00:25Deion Sanders and turns away 40 eyes on his roster that he inherits, you've still got to find players

00:30to replace that. And as we well know, Deion in year two has been outstanding. They were on the

00:36cusp of being a playoff team, but in year one it was pretty disastrous, especially after the first

00:41part of the season. I don't think that he's going to go 4-8, but I don't think that the

00:48first year transition is going to be all that easy, you know, like they're going to have to

00:51figure out how they want to coach these guys too. Like you're talking about someone who,

00:56you know, the playbook was incredibly large and the things that he asked his players to do,

01:01linebackers, all these different things. Like you're talking about 18, 19, 20 year old brains,

01:05not 22, 23 with multiple years of college experience or guys that have been in the

01:10league for four or five years and, you know, now it becomes second nature to them. So like,

01:14how's he going to coach him? How's, you know, Patricia going to coach these guys? How's that

01:18going to go? So I don't think, I don't think first year getting into the playoffs, but year two,

01:24when you start to sort of lay that foundation, I mean, Dion literally came within a whisker of

01:28getting there. So why can't Bill? Yeah, I think Bill will be faster because I think Bill's a

01:33better football coach. And if he can get the money to bring him talent, easier conference,

01:37easier conference. There's a lot of reasons he should be in the college football playoff,

01:40but a more like Dion Sanders has cachet with the young player, even today that Bill Belichick.

01:50Yeah. You got this resume, but you're also going to be 73 in April flash and dash bills,

01:57you know, grunting and just snot rockets everywhere. Like I just don't, I don't,

02:02the resume is better, but Dion's been in college. He was at a, you know, he's an HBCU program.

02:07And now this, like, there's a little bit of, he's done it before now and maybe not at the highest

02:13level of X's and O's that Bill does, but like he's figured out how to put together a program.

02:17Pretty good. He's going to have two guys that go in the top five in the draft.
