Drilling Through Pipe and Tube Quickly and Automatically

The AutoDrill 5000 and their smaller 200 series units can be equipped with adjustable skipfeed units that allow a totally automatic drilling process to be programmed to "skip" through teh void or voids of a part.
In other words, the drill rapids up to the surface of a pipe, takes a nice controlled and virtually burr free cut through the first wall, rapids through the void (adjustable) and then takes another controlled cut for the second and subsequent walls. Multiple void skips can be programmed in.
Although used heavily in Automotive applicastions, this technology is now finding tremendous popularity in otehr manufacturing and production arenas.
