00:10the crime has decreased by 16.02% from September 1 to December 2 this year,

00:19However, the crime has increased due to cybercrime,
00:22including scams in travel and accommodation, online buying and selling,
00:28and illegal access to digital accounts.
00:31Fajardo also reminded the public to be careful with online transactions
00:36due to the increasing number of scams during the busy economy this holiday season.
