00:25which received 23 complaints and was deemed by the board to be too violent and frightening,
00:33particularly for children. KFC topped the list of most complained about ads in 2024 with a
00:39total of 110 complaints across two sexually suggestive TV commercials. One took the crown
00:46with 69 complaints about a woman exiting the bedroom of a younger man much to the surprise
00:52of her daughter. If an ad is found in breach of the rules Australia's Ad Standards Community Panel
00:58will direct the advertiser to change or remove it.
