00:00What has changed in the Mediterranean? What are the steps that have been taken, especially in Palermo, where you have worked a lot?
00:07Look, I tell you, just yesterday I saw the press conference you did in November 2017 in Villa Egea, where the first edition of Noèl Mediterranea is held.
00:19And I must say that those slides, which at the time represented renders of how the port of Palermo would have been from there to a few years ago,
00:28have made me very satisfied, because many of those things have been realized, most of them have been realized,
00:36and I think that in the end the consumption is very, very positive.
00:40We have worked, we have worked a lot, we have worked well,
00:44and I think that on the net of the construction of the infrastructures, of the re-qualification of the port,
00:50the most important result is that there is a traffic that has grown constantly at double the number,
00:55and the gross domestic product, let's say, of our scale has increased with numbers that for me were really unexpected.
01:05So I am really very, very satisfied and I think that this is the work of a team made of Sicilians in Palermo, of Palermitans, to whom I owe my thanks.
