00:00It is possible to declare the State of Calamity in Negros Occidental this week due to the eruption of Volcano Canlaon.

00:07According to Governor Eugenio Jose Laxon, this is to use his 30% quick response fund.

00:13Almost 10,000 residents have reached the evacuation center in the entire province.
