00:00The government officially launched the 4th Philippine Human Rights Plan, or PHRP4, in

00:06celebration of Human Rights Day.

00:08The creation of PHRP4 was successful due to the cooperation of various government agencies

00:13to ensure its compliance with the 8 Human Rights Agreements to which the country has

00:19Meanwhile, Executive Secretary Bersamin emphasized the importance of PHRP4 for the welfare of

00:24Filipinos and expressed gratitude for the diplomatic community's support of the initiative.
