00:24A faster journey, that is what the new NLEX-Candaba 3rd Viaduct in Bulacan
00:31was brought by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:35It has a 5-kilometer-long route that is built between two bridges
00:39that connect the cities of Pulilan, Bulacan and Apalit, Pampanga.
00:43This is an important addition to the NLEX network
00:46that serves as the main road and vital link between Metro Manila,
00:49Central and Northern Luzon, according to the Executive Board.
00:53This project will serve as a gateway for the economy in Central Luzon,
00:58especially that it will make the journey faster not only for motorists,
01:02but also for services and products.
01:05The 3rd Viaduct enhances the capacity of this expressway,
01:09reduces congestion, ensures faster, more efficient travel.
01:14Standing as a testament to this administration's commitment to the Build Better More Program,
01:20this also shows that we are building the foundation
01:24to nurture the development of our countryside.
01:27Although the original target for the project to be completed next February,
01:31it is too early for three months, according to the President,
01:34it is time, especially this holiday season, for many to return to their provinces.
01:40The President also insisted that the project be designed
01:42based on the latest engineering innovation
01:45to ensure the safety of those who will pass through here.
01:48He also confirmed the important role of the private sector
01:51in building projects that will benefit many Filipinos.

02:27especially the Toll Regulatory Board and the Enlex Corporation,
02:31to remain vigilant.
02:33Let us prioritize with swift responses, mechanisms,
02:36and deploy well-coordinated traffic management strategies
02:40to address the ever-changing conditions and the increasing demands on our toll roads.
