00:32They are eight and five with a four-game advantage in the NFC West over the LA Rams.

01:22for 70 yards in the second half as mop-up duty didn't keep yourself involved in that

01:28I had the Arizona Cardinals yesterday.

01:29I thought they were the better team, and I thought they would be able to maybe seize

01:32and start to take control of this division and fight for that down the line.

01:35Now it looks like they're basically knocked out at this point, and credit Seattle for
