00:00I've been donating blood four years ago and just last year I started donating plasma.

00:06I think for myself to be aware of how much was needed and not to do it, I would rather be doing a disservice.

00:10It's just always in demand. The public, obviously being a dispatcher, I can see in the north area the demand for ambulances.

00:19And I had no idea there was so many calls constantly ongoing.

00:24It's just, it's always needed. The stocks are always low.

00:27It doesn't even take an hour. The difference it can make is incredible.
