02:20There is no way the Big 12 winner jumps Boise State, in my opinion, winning by 14 against

02:25UNLV.

02:27And then that doesn't matter, right?

02:29That's because they won.

02:30If the ACC goes to SMU, it doesn't matter.

02:32So Boise being the third or fourth seed, it does again signify, okay, listen, we were

02:41right to expand.

02:43We don't have this right.

02:44The idea that Boise will be in front of Texas or Georgia is nonsensical.

02:51And I don't know anybody who would disagree with that.

02:54I still think they need to tweak this format.

02:56As you mentioned, if we are going to rank the top 12 teams, why not just rate the top

03:01four and give them the bye?

03:03Not necessarily the conference championship tie to it, but they're trying to keep these

03:07games as meaningful as possible.

03:08But here's the thing.

03:10And this is, I'll be honest, this is the Donnie point.

03:12But I think he's right.

03:13Do you think Boise would rather the bye or play on the blue turf?

03:15I think they would rather play on the blue turf.

03:17And as a college football fan base, would you rather, Leecey, watch Boise play in some

03:24neutral site game where they're going to get smoked fan base to fan base or bring Alabama

03:30onto the blue turf?

03:32I mean, they have stepped up on neutral field sites before.

03:36They knocked off Oklahoma.

03:38So you can never say never in terms of this type of situation.

03:42But what I'm saying is everybody wants a perfect, like it's got to be cookie cutter.

03:47We need the best teams.

03:48The best team should be playing at home.

03:50We need that type of environment.

03:52And it's not.

03:53It's not a finished product.

03:54It's the first year in terms of a 12 team expansion.

03:57We already have people talking about 16.

03:59We haven't even gotten through 12 yet.

04:01So, well, I'm just saying, yeah, it's coming.

04:06Boise State covering last night is a four and a half point home favorite to win the

04:10Mountain West crown, a 12 and one record for the Broncos this year.

04:14The only defeat by three on the road against the number one team in the country.

04:20It feels as though Boise State is going to earn that opening round by in some weird world.

04:25Could the big 12 title winner surpass them in the seedings?
