00:14That's how the Department of Agriculture made the first day of selling Murang Bigas to the neighboring markets under the Rice for All program.

00:23In fact, aside from the fact that 40 pesos per kilo of rice was sold out quickly,

00:28Rice Retailers also accompanied the sale of Murang Bigas with great help from the buyers.

00:33In Kamuning, it arrived a bit late, but we noticed that when we arrived,

00:40almost all the rice sellers there already had 40 pesos.

00:51The DA also made it clear that they do not aim to make the rice retailers go bankrupt,

00:56but to have a sufficient supply and reachable rice for the Filipinos.

01:17Our goal is to bring Murang Bigas to Metro Manila and neighboring cities.
