00:18The 10-wheeler truck is fully equipped to help in assessing the quality of the soil of the farmers.
00:25It can also be used as a training facility where new techniques in agriculture will be taught.
00:32The Mobile Laboratory will be located in Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bulacan, Pampanga, Aurora, and Pataan.
00:39It will last in every province for almost two months and will provide free service.
00:47President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has added the Ligtas Pinoy Centers Act as a new law.
00:53This law will allow for the establishment of stronger evacuation centers in different cities and municipalities.
01:00According to the President, this is also in line with the call of the DepEd to create a separate facility so that the students' studies will not be affected.
01:10We need to ensure that the evacuation centers sufficiently respond to the needs of our people affected by calamities and other such emergencies.
01:23Investing in these climate-resilient facilities must be the norm, for we are not only protecting the people's lives,
01:30but also capacitating our local government units to respond, to reduce, and to manage the risks of disasters.
01:39Through this, we are also integrating into the very consciousness of every Filipino that preparedness is as vital as responsiveness.
