00:40Meanwhile, the Minister of Defense, who was accused of suggesting military emergency actions
00:45and ordering troops to the parliament, has withdrawn.
00:48Plans to hold a vote in the parliament to elect Yun on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at around 7pm.
00:57The People's Power Party, which is under the leadership of President Yun,
01:01is divided after the military emergency said they would oppose the withdrawal
01:06because President Yun's term is only two years.
01:09The Democratic Party needs at least 8 out of 108 members of the parliament
01:14who are in power to support the ROU to be able to separate
01:19with a majority of 2 out of 300 seats in the parliament.
