00:00With almost 7,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries in the Davao region,

00:04the land has now been accepted by the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,

00:09and the government has even exempted Janessa Felix of PTV Davao from several years of debt.

00:19Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries or ARBs in the Davao region thanked the Marcos Jr. Administration

00:26for granting the Filipino farmers their own land.

00:30After the distribution of land titles and certificates of condonation

00:35with the release of mortgages in Region 11,

00:37where the 7,558 ARBs were beneficiaries

00:42with a total amount of debt condoned of more than 500 million pesos,

00:47President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. was the first to do so.

00:51The President wanted the Filipino farmers to be granted their own land,

00:55especially those who need it the most.

00:57I am here to distribute the certificates of condonation

01:02to our agrarian reform beneficiaries for their debt to the land for agriculture.

01:09This was organized by the Department of Agrarian Reform Region 11,

01:13where it is a great help to improve the lives of agrarian reform beneficiaries.

01:18In Region 11, there will be an initial distribution of 9,058 cochromes,

01:23where there are 6,951 agrarian reform beneficiaries.

01:29Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental are beneficiaries.

01:34Davao del Norte received 2,337 cochromes with 1,731 beneficiaries.

01:42Davao de Oro received 4,901 cochromes with 3,614 beneficiaries.

01:49Davao Oriental received 1,820 cochromes with 1,606 beneficiaries.

01:57For the Certificate of Land Ownership Award,

02:00Davao City received 144 regular CLOA titles with 142 beneficiaries.

02:06While for the issuance of electronics titles,

02:09the Region received a total of 672 titles,

02:13of which 122 are for Davao del Sur and 550 for Davao del Norte.

02:19The beneficiary from Carmen Davao del Norte,

02:23Julito Malyo, is grateful for this program of the President.

02:26I am grateful to him now and forever.

02:33This is a great help to all farmers

02:35and will further improve the quality of their livelihoods.

02:39This is not the only project organized by D.A.R. 11

02:42For farmers,

02:43because machinery, equipment, and agricultural support projects

02:47were also provided by the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations throughout the Region.
