00:22rating went down by one and a half percent. Meanwhile, the satisfaction and stress ratings
00:27of House Speaker Martin Romualdez also went up. Senate President Cesar Escudero still remained
00:32the country's highest-rated top government official, getting the majority of Filipino
00:36votes who are satisfied with Escudero's performance. More than 60 percent said they
00:42stressed the Senate president. The survey was conducted from November 19 to November 22
00:47on 2,000 respondents through a mobile-based respondent application.
