00:44Agriculture Secretary Francisco Chu Laurel Jr. said that the rice wastes

02:41In addition to ARTA, the A.I. will also assist in processing complaints,

02:48tracking, and looking for complaints in order to ensure their availability 24x7.

02:56In order to ensure their availability 24x7,

02:59ARTA will respond more quickly to complaints or complaints

03:04than any other government agency that needs to respond.

03:09Meanwhile, ARTA and MEMALIN will not report to any employees or government agencies

03:20because they have experienced the Red Tape.
