00:04Our lakeside hotel featured amazing modern design and days started with a wonderful selection of

00:08cheeses, cured meats and truffles all sourced locally. The town we visited was only about 10

00:14minutes drive from both Italy and Austria with both countries clearly influencing the local

00:18architecture as well as the food. The surrounding mountains provided endless bucolic hiking trails

00:23with a few interesting cultural landmarks along the way. Days would end with a post-hike sauna

00:28or a soak in the hot tub as the mist rolled in over the mountains.

00:32This was followed by dinner in Milka Hotel's exceptional and newly Mifflin starred restaurant.
