00:42Of the 300,000 families targeted this year, 43,021 are from Western Visayas, 28,124 from Negros Occidental, 10,560 from Ilo Ilo, and 4,337 from Antique.
01:02Even so, it was not immediately targeted because many families were the first to register for the Pantawid Pamilang Pilipino Program or 4Ps.
01:12The solution is to expand its implementation in Antique and Ilo Ilo.
01:18In Negros Occidental, 16,426 families obtained their EBT card last November 15 of this year.
