00:00How, in God's name, God has blessed you with six children.

00:08Now, I have two, and I almost went nuts.

00:10My co-host, Carver High, has two.

00:12He's stressed out.

00:13You have six kids.

00:15How do you deal with six kids, big fella?

00:21An amazing wife.

00:23Not bad.

00:25Oh, man, yeah, we're grateful for all of our kids.

00:30We have five girls, one boy.

00:32So I'm a girl dad through and through.

00:34Our oldest is 11.

00:36Our youngest is eight months.

00:37And, man, it really takes a lot of teamwork

00:43and a lot of intentionality.

00:45But we have a system.

00:46And our kids are on a schedule from the time

00:48they wake up to the time they go to bed.

00:49And it's kind of like herding sheep

00:51and running a college program all in one.

00:54And it works.

00:55It works, so we kind of stick to it.

00:57You know, I saw yesterday the cleats.

01:02And I saw the guys at CBS showing them

01:04before the game started.

01:06I saw guys wearing them.

01:08You were wearing them.

01:09I think it's phenomenal what you're doing

01:11and what the league's doing with this.

01:13And in particular, you, your cause

01:15is all about education and giving people

01:18a chance in life to get a better education.

01:21I think it's really cool.

01:24Yeah, thank you.

01:25Yeah, we partnered with Stand Together this year.

01:26So we're grateful to the league always,

01:29you know, really highlighting, you know,

01:31players beyond what they do on the field

01:33and what they do in the community.

01:35We really have a great game

01:36and a lot of great players who are really

01:39using their platform to amplify work

01:42that's being done in a lot of spaces

01:44or create, you know, change in a lot of spaces.

01:47And uniquely us, we partnered with

01:49Stand Together this year.

01:51Stand Together is another one of those groups

01:53that's making major change in America

01:57and using its resources to do so.

01:59The reason we partnered with them

02:00is because they focus on tackling

02:03some of America's biggest challenges

02:05at the root level.

02:06And one of those areas is education,

02:09which my wife and I, we're very passionate about.

02:11Our foundation is really about working

02:14with young people and transforming their lives.

02:16And we partnered with them on transformative education

02:20and moving from a one-size-fit-all model

02:22to something that's a little more unique

02:24and focuses on the strengths and gifts of each child.
